Vahishtai Ghosh
Vahishtai currently works as Equalities and Industry Development Officer at the Scottish Music Industry Association. They advance work to embed equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility in Scotland’s music industry. They lead the development of EDIA strategy for the music sector, translating collaboration into shared commitments for change. With formative and enduring roots in Mumbai, and now based in Scotland, Vahishtai brings an international perspective shaped by work across the UK, Canada and India. Grounded in lived experience and sustained by listening, learning and unlearning, they root their work in community and care, strengthening efforts to address structural barriers in music.
