Welcome to the Keychange Pledge Signatories Reporting Hub! 

The Keychange Pledge Signatories Reporting Hub is a dedicated digital platform and database for all Keychange signatories. It provides a central space for submitting annual reports, maintaining and updating signatory information, and strengthening connections across the network through the RBX Pro contacts database.

Developed in response to the growth of the Keychange Pledge since its launch in 2017, the Reporting Hub brings together more than 750 signatories in one place. It enables organisations to track their progress in a clear, consistent, and structured environment designed specifically for the Keychange community.

The Keychange Pledge Signatories Reporting Hub is hosted on the Reeperbahn Festival Pro database. Reeperbahn Festival is one of the three founding partners of the Pledge, alongside PRS Foundation and MCO (Music Centrum Öst), and the platform is managed by the Keychange Pledge team. Together, the partners support the development and maintenance of the Hub, which serves the global community of Keychange signatories and supports greater access to gender equity data, monitoring, analysis, research, and policy development across the music sector.

Data collected through the platform helps Keychange, its partners, and Pledge signatories monitor progress against the Pledge criteria. Through mandatory annual reporting, the Hub also supports the production of the Keychange Pledge Report in partnership with Erasmus University.

The Keychange Pledge Report helps raise awareness of the continued need for gender justice and international, intersectional solidarity. It also supports key stakeholders across the music industry to take meaningful action towards building a fairer and more equitable future.
