Salome Vardanashvili
Salome Vardanashvili is a music journalist, selector, and co-founder of Diaci, an enthusiasm-based platform empowering women in the music industry and creating space for dialogue. With deep knowledge of the Georgian music scene, they document its evolution, highlighting structural challenges and emerging talents. Through Diaci, they curate events, releases music compilations, and produces a podcast from the protest, fostering critical conversations. Passionate and endlessly curious about music, Salome believes it is a powerful medium for change, shaping culture and challenging norms. As a Keychange Leader for 2025, she continues pushing for a more inclusive industry.
