With a strong background in artist management, venue direction, and cultural strategy, she has played a key role in supporting emerging and established talents. She also manages renowned cultural venues such as FGO-Barbara and Les Trois Baudets. Passionate about reshaping the music industry, Naïma actively contributes to its structuring and innovation, fostering inclusive and sustainable artistic ecosystems.
