“Throughout my career and my many roles I've learnt and achieved a lot of which I'm very proud. Most was trial and error, self-tought for lack of (female) mentors or constructive programs, so I've tried to support especially young women when I could. I'm thrilled to be part of this Keychange Leadership program to sharpen my own skills and to advocate for a healthier, equal industry, focusing on DEIA and global music.”
