Camilla Shoaei
Camilla Shoaei is a project manager at Universal Music, working closely with international labels to drive artist development, fan engagement, and community building. With a background in event production, strategy, and youth engagement and development, she previously served as Managing Director, journalist and Program Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Oslo Metropolitan University. She is passionate about representation and breaking barriers in the industry. Camilla is committed to fostering inclusivity and international collaboration. By leveraging her cultural insights and leadership skills, she strives to create meaningful change, pushing for a more diverse and accessible music industry.
