Cori Chinnici

Cori (they/he) is a music tech professional navigating corporate innovation with grassroots advocacy. Currently Operations Lead at BMAT and Lead Researcher for DigitalFems, their ten-year experience spans MMF UK, Mycelia, Kobalt, AWAL, and FUGA. Throughout their career, Cori has been dedicated to supporting independent artists. They facilitate artistic residencies at Sound Niccolò in Florence, offering a space for creative reconnection that actively bridges visiting artists with the local scene. Through lecturing, Cori explores the music-gender intersection, focusing on visibility, anti-discrimination, and care. Cori’s work applies an intersectional feminist approach to contribute to systemic change.

Being selected for the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme is a significant opportunity to refine my leadership skills and access specialized training to amplify my impact. My background in music tech, combined with grassroots experience in advocacy and mentorship, will benefit from this program’s support to translate my research and international networks into systemic change. I look forward to building practical solutions that ensure intersectional care and innovation drive the future of our industry.
