Talent Leadership Programme Evaluation Report – Impact on Participants’ Careers

97% of participants reported a positive impact on their careers, and 77% of participants indicated this impact as significant.

Out of 40 participants, 31 (77.5%) rated the Talent Leadership Programme as having a significant impact on their careers, while 97% indicated that the programme had a positive overall influence on their professional development.

Complementary data across programme modules demonstrate consistent professional growth in leadership, strategy, and self-management competencies.

The evaluation followed a mixed-methods approach, designed to capture both measurable outcomes and deeper qualitative insights into participants’ experiences. This approach ensured a balanced understanding of the impact, effectiveness, and perceived quality of the Talent Leadership Programme (TLP).
