Zoé Devaux
Zoé is a Brussels-based DJ and music professional guided by values of feminism, anti-racism and collective care. Passionate about creating spaces where people can connect, she has been part of Paradise City Festival since 2018, where she grew from communications intern to Head of Programming, overseeing four festivals and leading artist relations, production and on-site teams. She initiated the festival’s “Citizenship” programme, dedicated to awareness, safety and inclusion. In 2019, she co-founded rebel, a feminist collective active in Belgian nightlife until 2024. Today, Zoé is developing a community-driven webradio in Brussels, exploring how music can inspire dialogue and empowerment.
“Being selected for the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme fills me with deep gratitude and excitement. It feels like a beautiful recognition of the values I carry through my work in Brussels: care, collaboration and collective empowerment. Joining this community is a chance to grow with others, learn, share and dream bigger together. I hope this journey will help me strengthen my voice, including through my future webradio, and continue building joyful, inclusive spaces through music.”
