Jessica Blain-Descormiers

Jessica Blain-Descormiers (she/her) is the Executive Director of Mundial Montréal, North America’s global music conference. A PMP-certified project manager with over nine years of experience in the cultural and creative industries, she is recognized for creating meaningful opportunities for artists and professionals and fostering long-term international collaboration. Raised in Tahiti by an Algerian Jewish mother and a Caribbean father, her multicultural and queer identity shapes a sincere commitment to building inclusive and collaborative spaces where diverse voices enrich the collective and spark new possibilities.
