Tatjana Rüegsegger

For the past 15 years I have worked across the music industry in multiple roles, from music journalism and photography to booking, tour management and venue productions. These experiences shaped my commitment to knowledge-sharing and equitable access. In 2022 I published the documentary book Brexit Bedrooms, exploring how politics shape artistic freedom. Since 2023 I have led the FINTA Music Exchange, a programme I founded and developed into a recurring platform, connecting Swiss FINTA artists with the UK music industry. Seeing alumni release new work and build international collaborations has been especially rewarding.
