Samantha Lippett
Samantha Lippett (LT/UK) is a curator, project manager, and educator specialising in community media and socially engaged art. In 2022,she co-founded the Independent Community Radio Network (ICRN), a European platform aiming to strengthen, support and advocate for community radio. Samantha also works for the independent music festival Le Guess Who?, where she develops audience engagement and supporter strategies to strengthen the festival’s future. Since 2017, she has lectured widely and is currently a Lecturer in Media and Communications at Vytautas Magnus University (VMU).
“Through the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme, I aim to develop the leadership skills needed to advocate for the role of community radio within a more equitable music and media ecosystem. Strengthening the Independent Community Radio Network (ICRN) through a DEIA lens will help make our field more visible and valued at the European policy level.”
