Rebecca Nannini is a digital music strategist and relations manager at The Orchard, where she oversees relationships with the local roster of labels and artists, crafting audience engagement strategies and driving digital growth. A passionate advocate for DEIA, she led The Orchard Italy’s Keychange pledge and is a core committee member of Women of The Orchard, organising networking events and initiatives to elevate underrepresented voices in the music industry. With a strong background in data-driven strategy and relationship management, she joins Keychange to further develop her leadership skills and continue driving meaningful change on both a local and global scale.
