Paulina Parvanov
Paulina Parvanov is the founder of raspberry soda, a record label specialising in communication strategy and PR. In recent years, she has contributed to improving existing structures and building sustainable networks in the European music industry in various roles, such as conference manager of Waves Vienna, project manager at the Austrian Music Fund and as a board member at VTMÖ, IMPALA and LSG. In 2025, she is working on building LIME, a capacity building programme for the small to medium sized live music industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
“I am particularly proud to be part of the Keychange TLP - an international and interdisciplinary team. Inequality is so ingrained in our daily lives, and nothing excites me more than examining the structures within the music industry, learning how to build better processes and truly diverse teams, and working to implement these at a policy level. In a decade, I want everyone working with music to have role models they can truly identify with.”
