“Being selected for the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme genuinely means a lot to me. It feels like recognition of the work I care deeply about—building a more inclusive and supportive music community. I’m excited to connect with leaders from around the world, share experiences, and learn practical tools I can bring home. I hope to grow as a more confident, thoughtful leader and continue creating meaningful change within the Canadian country music industry.”
