Ewa Wodzyńska
Ewa Wodzyńska is a conductor, arranger, and cultural leader based in Poznań, Poland. She is the founder and artistic director of Poznańskie Senioritki, an award-winning senior women’s choir redefining ageing, visibility, and artistic collaboration in contemporary music. Her work combines professional choral performance with social innovation, developing inclusive and intergenerational models of leadership rooted in community practice. She designs and leads interdisciplinary projects connecting music, education, and international partnership across artistic and social sectors. She advocates for creative ageing as a strategic cultural movement, demonstrating that leadership, innovation, and artistic authority are not limited by age.
