Elise Milani
Elise Milani is a music industry leader with over a decade of experience working in electronic dance music. As Head of Music Marketing at Monstercat, she oversees an ambitious schedule of over 300 releases annually, leading the teams that work with global talent such as Alan Walker and Virtual Riot. Previously, she was Senior Artist & Operations Manager at 2+2 Management, where she managed and developed award-winning Canadian artists like REZZ, Zeds Dead, and Keys N Krates. Elise also chairs the Dance Recording of the Year committee for the JUNO Awards, celebrating and supporting exceptional Canadian talent.
