NoExcuse
NoExcuse is a non-profit association whose purpose is to create cultural events where women have a prominent role in male-dominated cultural areas and to support organizations that protect vulnerable women as well as those that work preventively.
We a non-profit organisation which is behind this festival which is the first thing we do. We are a completely politically and religiously unbound organisation that is based on a foundation of values where the equal value of all people and the right to express themselves both as a person and in speech is fundamental.
The idea of the organisation is that we should turn to different cultural areas where we see a distortion of gender equality. We also see an opportunity with the organisation to engage more women to dare to take the step to arrange various events through study circles etc. This is because we believe it would result in more equal events in the future.
