We’re proud to introduce the Keychange Mentors for 2026!
Our Keychange Mentors will accompany and support participants of the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme – a Creative Europe-funded initiative designed to empower underrepresented voices to drive systemic change and shape a more inclusive, equitable music industry.
From label executives and festival directors to DEI&A specialists and creative entrepreneurs, the mentors will offer one-on-one guidance, support networks, and provide invaluable insights over the course of the year. With their support, the next generation of leaders will be equipped to reimagine the future of music – and lead the way forward.
