What can I do as a company representative?

Keychange is a movement that recognises and tackles existing barriers in the music industry. We help underrepresented artists and professionals accelerate their careers to create a more inclusive music industry for present and future generations.

1. be at the forefront

Your company can be at the forefront and contribute to a gender balanced and represented music industry. By supporting Keychange you will invest in talented women and gender-diverse people, and be part of the change that the Keychange Pledge is encouraging.

2. Advocate

In supporting Keychange you will advocate for representation and gender equality within the creative industries. We will present you in all publicity relating to our project alongside other partners and sponsors.

3. Collaborate

You can collaborate with us and get access to some of the most exciting and innovative music creators and future industry leaders in Europe and Canada at the moment. You will also establish relationships with a large amount of cutting edge international music festivals as well as our network of 700+ signatories of The Keychange Pledge.

4. MaKe your work representative

There is always more we can do to empower and support equality, and to expand our work and our reach. With a huge network in 12 countries and a deep understanding of the music business we know what is needed to create a gender balanced music industry.
