Violet Skies
Singer/songwriter Violet Skies comes from a small town in South Wales. Her sound balances her love for artists she grew up with such as Joni Mitchell, Sting and Etta James, and the soundscapes of James Blake, Bon Iver and Kanye. She has played Glastonbury, SXSW, The Great Escape, Eurosonic and graced stages in Beijing, Shanghai, LA, Berlin, London, New York and her recent co-produced EP, This Was Us, was BBC Introducing supported and playlisted by Spotify. Violet is also one half of BitchPlease, the team behind sheWrites, the world's first international all female writing camp. Violet Skies released her EP Lonely in April 2020.
