Stacey Forrester
Stacey Forrester (she/her) is an educator, researcher, and creative strategist working at the intersection of harm reduction, gender-based violence prevention, and music culture. As the co-founder of Good Night Out Vancouver, and Harm Reduction Director for Bass Coast Music and Arts festival, she is working to help reshape hospitality and event spaces, building ‘protective’ spaces for all. As one half of 4 o’clock consulting, she is working to bring psychological safety and value-led work to the music industry. Beyond advocacy, Stacey explores themes of gender, safety, and community through her writing and art.
"In the current political climate, I can often find myself feeling siloed in this work, which is a byproduct of oppressive systems. I am thrilled to be a part of the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme and for the opportunity to share space and thought-partner with others doing this important work. I thrive when working in collaboration with others and and thankful for the chance to do that with people from across the globe."
