Natasha Foley (she/her) is the co-founder of Serpentskirt, a mental health–led management and tour support agency empowering boundary-pushing artists. With over a decade of experience across artist management, PR, labels, and live events, she brings strategic vision and operational expertise to supporting sustainable, human-centered careers. Known for her hands-on approach, Natasha embeds DEIA principles across touring, management, and industry structures, creating safe and inclusive environments for artists and teams. Through Keychange, she is expanding her leadership to drive systemic, equitable, and inclusive change in the music industry while nurturing wellbeing and resilience among creators.
