Magdalena Szuba
Magdalena Szuba is the Founder of STARTIST, a Music Business Agency supporting artists and entertainment companies, and works in product management at Warner Music Poland / South-Eastern Europe. With a background in both music and business, she holds a degree in Piano and a Master’s in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music. She has worked across emerging markets, supporting artists and developing international projects. A recipient of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s "Młoda Polska" scholarship, she is passionate about diversity, innovation, and empowering underrepresented voices in the music industry.
