Géraldine Zanaska
Geraldine Zanaska is a cultural leader and entrepreneur with 15 years’ UK and European experience across live events and festival production, music programming,project and programme management, music export, music tech and higher education. She founded Compass Music in 2019, which evolved into a grassroots music development organisation based in Folkestone, championing independent artists from the UK's South East. She produces Compass Festival, an alternative showcase with a gender-balanced line-up, and founded Riot Gulll, platforming women and gender-diverse rock and post-punk artists. She is a Board Member of AIP, UK Music Futures Board alumna, and She Said So Alternative Power100 Nominee.
