Claïs Lemmens Boon

Claïs Lemmens Boon received her degree as a musicologist at University of Leuven and as an arts manager at Berklee College of Music. She has previously been employed at an opera house (Opera Ballet Vlaanderen), a baroque ensemble (B.O.X) and an experimental music magazine (Gonzo (circus)). She is a member of the funding committees for the Flemish Government and lends her expertise in different boards of directors. She works as general director for visual arts organisation MORPHO, founded her own talent agency VILT Management and is chairwomen of the non-profit Equalize, focusing on inclusion in the Belgian music industry.
