Bekah Molony
Bekah Molony is a cultural producer, artist representative, creator and DJ from Dublin, known for championing underground culture and creating spaces for artists, audiences and communities to connect. She is the founder of Mo Cultivation: a platform for music, culture and community spanning events, club nights, media and creative projects, and D07 Artists: an artist representation and consultation business supporting emerging talent in Ireland. Proudly she manages two of the most exciting acts in Ireland: Celaviedmai and Negro Impacto. A trusted music programmer, Bekah works across festivals, brands and cultural projects, curating lineups that are eclectic and genuinely inclusive. A board member of AIM Ireland and Keychange alumna, Bekah is also a regular speaker and facilitator at music industry events and educational institutions, sharing her experience across artist development, event management, diversity and the wider Irish music industry. In 2025, she hosted her own weekly RTÉ Pulse show, Mo Music with Bekah Molony, celebrating music of black origin and underground sounds, before taking that same love of curation and community from the airwaves to the dance floor as DJ BEKS.
