Tier Music

Tier Music is a music management and publishing company based in Tallinn, Estonia. Founded in 2016 by Thea Zaitsev, Tier Music works side-by-side with its British partner Pieces of 8 Music and is a small collective of like-minded music enthusiasts, providing management and publishing services for artists, producers and writers.
