After nearly seven years with Keychange, Lea Karwoth is moving on to a new chapter. Since 2023, Lea has been Project Lead of the EU-funded Keychange Leaders Programme, overseeing the programme's development and delivery with dedication, expertise and care.

Lea, thank you for your tireless work, your unwavering commitment and the passion you've brought to Keychange over the years. Your contributions have helped shape the programme and supported countless artists and music professionals across Europe. We wish you all the very best for everything that comes next.

At the same time, we're delighted to welcome Christina Schäfers as our new Project Lead.

Christina is no stranger to Keychange, she was involved as Project Lead until 2020 and played a leading role in shaping its earlier phases. As she takes on the role from August onwards, we're excited to have her back and look forward to working together again as we continue building a more inclusive music industry.
