Lina Burghausen

Lina Burghausen aka Mona Lina is a music promoter, A&R manager, music journalist and DJ. Since 2014, she supports musicians with her Leipzig based agency www.mona-lina.de offering both promotion and consulting. Focusing on hip hop and R&B, she mainly works with independent artists and labels. She is initiator and chief editor of the blog “365 Female* MCs” that turns the spotlight on the most exciting female rappers worldwide. For her blog she won an International Music Journalism Award for the “Best work of music journalism under 30” at Reeperbahn Festival 2019. In February 2020, she founded the All Fe*male Hip Hop label 365XX together with [PIAS] Germany, for which she works as A&R manager.
