Spirit Studios is an independent higher education provider based in Manchester specialising in Sound Engineering, Music Production and Music Business. Originally established as a commercial recording studio in 1880, we have played host to many iconic musicians. In 1984, we became the first institution in the UK to offer specialised courses in sound engineering and music production. With over 40 years of industry experience, we now offer a range of programmes from evening classes to full degrees and Masters.
